THE TECHNOLOGY

The topic of technology is closely monitored in the production and development of our articles. The increasing number of vehicles and transmissions, along with the associated variations in driveshafts, require precise planning and adherence to manufacturing procedures and processes. With the weight and fuel consumption reduction in modern vehicles, there's a reliance on increasingly short-lived materials and components. The driveshafts and axle shafts offered by EURODRIVELINE LTD. are designed with durability in mind. Known weaknesses of original parts are addressed, and newly gained insights and research findings are incorporated into the design. This enables us to enhance the following attributes:

Comfort
- Smooth operation
- Low vibration
Technology
- Torsion-resistant
- Low-maintenance components
- Weather-resistant components
- High load-bearing capacity

THE MATERIAL

The components and materials used are of paramount importance for a quality product. Through load tests in our laboratory on the material, as well as on prototypes in our performance testing rig, we consistently offer one of the best combinations of components and materials in our products. Special attention has been given to the boots on the constant velocity joints and driveshafts of EURODRIVELINE, ensuring they have the best conditions not only in the European region but also under different climate conditions. Universities in Germany receive our products for testing purposes and laboratory experiments. With the collaboration of the new generation of mechanical engineers and vehicle technicians, new insights can be incorporated as early as the initial design phase.

Material Analysis:

During the material analysis, all components of a closed system, such as a driveshaft, are thoroughly examined. All different materials undergo tests typical for that material, including thermal stress, tensile stress, torsional stress, and vibration fracture. Evaluating the results assists in improving the product design.

Research Material:

By providing research material related to driveshafts, we have been able to gain a wealth of experience and qualified personnel for our company in recent years.

eCARus TU Munich

The project vehicle eCARus from the Technical University of Munich achieved 2nd place in the competition at the Electric Mobility Exhibition (EMA) with our driveshafts in their vehicle.
Congratulations!
